Deregulation is somewhat challenging in the US. Not all states are deregulated and some are only partially. Most Local Distribution Companies (LDC) assign account reps whose function is to “manage” your account. They are there only when you call them for help versus being proactive on cost saving and rarely do they visit. Evaluating your electric costs and “managing” your electric supplier is what we do best. Our ability to “shop” for the customer with our multiple suppliers ensures our customers the best possible rates and service.

NATURAL GAS

This falls into two categories, choice gas and transportation. Choice gas can either be a fixed rate with a short agreement or a variable rate month to month program. Our customers come in all sizes with varying needs. We let the customer choose what’s best for them. We also provide a managed transportation product designed for larger customers who work with us sometimes on a daily basis to purchase gas. Though this may sound like it takes a lot of work, this can be worthwhile depending on your needs.

This is where it all began. Our team of seasoned telecom veterans are able to decipher your
invoices and work with you on your voice and data requirements. They also eliminate any unnecessary “hidden” fees the phone companies put on your bill. Slamming and cramming is illegal and we make sure the phone companies know it.
